National Tourism Day Celebrated by TIFTI at The Leela in Delhi

National Tourism day has been recently celebrated at The Leela Ambience in Delhi on 25th of Jan by TIFTI- The Indigenous Federation of Tourism India.

The event of TIFTI saw some board discourses highlighting the capability of tourism in India combined with the social and cultural concerts.

This occasion recorded an attendance of more than 500 individuals associated with travel trade. People keenly wanted to hear the Tourism Minister, Govt. of India Dr. Mahesh Sharma, and Minister of Tourism & Culture, Govt. of Delhi Mr. Kapil Mishra. Earlier both the ministers had confirmed their participation for the occasion but couldn’t come finally.

It was just STIC Group’s Chairperson Mr. Subhash Goyal who could make it to the occasion from the extensive rundown of invitees. He emphasized on the use of trending technology for growing the tourism business in the present situation. Goyal additionally recommended TIFTI to come and unite under FAITH (Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality).

Mr. Shailendra Srivastava, President, TIFTI further included that TIFTI has been enrolled under Delhi Government and we are still waiting to get enrolled from central Govt. The Executive Committee intends to declare the association by coming Financial year.
